    President

    Rusty has over 18 years of experience in property management and founded River City Home Services in 2011. He has managed multi-million-dollar properties and completed numerous renovations and remodels throughout the Richmond, Virginia area. Rusty has a strong background in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical services, and he is a licensed Class A contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. When he’s not working on projects in the field, Rusty enjoys spending time with his son, RJ.

    VP & COO

    Mark is a licensed and active real estate broker with RVA Realty Inc., bringing over 20 years of real estate experience. He understands how a well-maintained home can sell quickly and at the best price, ensuring a smooth buying and selling process for his clients. Mark also has extensive experience in commercial and residential construction, having renovated numerous homes throughout the Richmond area. When he’s not helping clients buy or sell homes or designing remodels, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Crystal, and their children, Lexi and Lane. The family loves boating and being out on the water.

    Jen is a licensed Realtor and experienced professional with a Master’s degree in Higher Education, a background in office administration, real estate, and over ten years managing social media accounts. She brings a strong foundation in operations and people management, with a proven track record of building client relationships, streamlining processes, and supporting team success. Jen thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys time with her husband, Herb, and their two sons, Liam and Frankie.
