    President

    Rusty has worked in property management for 18 years and started River City Home Services in 2011. He has managed multi-million dollar properties and has completed numerous renovations & remodels around the Richmond, Virginia area. He has a background in HVAC, general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical servicing and is a licensed Class A contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. When he’s not out on the field, Rusty enjoys spending time with his son RJ!

    VP & COO

    Mark is a licensed and active real estate broker at RVA Realty Inc. with 18 years of real estate knowledge under his belt. He understands how a well-maintained home can sell quickly at the best price, which creates a smooth buying and selling process. Mark has worked in commercial and residential construction for many years and has renovated many homes in the Richmond, area. When he is not selling homes, or designing remodels he enjoys spending time with his wife Crystal, and kids Lexi, and Lane. They are a family who love boating and being on the water!

    Office Manager & Marketing

    Heather is the Office & Marketing Manager for River City Home Services. She maintains office services by organizing operations, procedures, and controlling correspondence.  She comes to us with 8 years of HVAC knowledge working in a customer service setting. In her free time Heather and her fiancé Thomas love to travel. She also loves spending time with her two sons Nicholas, and Caleb.
